This wonderful house is divided into 4 floors:

On the entrance floor we find 3 spacious bedrooms with bathroom-suite where you can rest peacefully. One of the bedrooms has access to a small terrace from which you can enjoy stunning views.
Going down the stairs to the lower floor we find the spacious living-dining room with a nice open kitchen that has the best quality appliances. All the furniture has been arranged in such a way that your comfort is assured. On the same floor we can find a spacious office, a storage room, and access to the beautiful outdoor terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining table and private pool.
From the lower floor we go downstairs again to find a small studio with its own bed, kitchen and private bathroom.
Finally, in the basement, we find the private garage with space for up to two cars. There is also a games room with pool table and sports equipment. Finally, on this floor we also have a nice private cinema room that tenants will be able to take advantage of during their stay. For your convenience, the basement and the lower floor (where the living room is located) are connected by an elevator.

The house is located in the area of Atalaya, Benahavis. In the surroundings we can find the best golf courses on the Costa del Sol, as well as restaurants, supermarkets, international schools, among others.
Its privileged location, and easy access to the AP-7, will allow you to be anywhere in a matter of minutes. The nearest beaches, Playa de San Pedro and Playa Guadalmina, are only 10 minutes away by car. The city of Estepona is 20 minutes away by car, as well as Marbella. Puerto Banús is 15 minutes away. Malaga airport is 50 minutes away and Gibraltar airport is 55 minutes away.

The house is rented by the week only, with the following prices:
